The DR chair spacer has been developed for two layer rebar support in suspended slabs and large precast panels. It will support weights in excess of 350 Kg and easily fits through apertures of 100 m/m.

This chair will support both reinforcement layers. The base supports the bottom rebar and the shaft clips onto the top rebar.

This spacer is manufactured in two parts which clip to each other and can be ordered in increments of 10 m/m between the two rebar layers, starting from 60 m/m to 120 m/m.

Each base provides a bottom rod concrete cover of 25 m/m, 30 m/m and 40 m/m.

Bases and shafts are packed separately in bags of 100 pcs. or assembled in bags of 50 pcs.
